For students that are participating in the Stock Market Game, they are expected to maintain a weekly journal (as an individual) about their team's portfolio, team rank, current investments, future investments, and reflection on their current portfolio.
Students will find their individual templates in their Google Classroom. This where they should be submitting their weekly journals. This project will be a test grade.
For Non-Stock Market Game Participants: Current Events Project
For students that decided to NOT participate in the Stock Market Game, their project for the 10 weeks is to complete a weekly current event pertaining to economics/business.
Students will find their assignment expectations in their Google Classroom. This will also be a test grade.
Both the Stock Market Journals and the Current Events Project will be due on December 11th by 3:00 pm. Reminder that this will be a test grade.
Be sure to follow the rules of the SMG when buying/selling.
National: $3 minimum w/minimum 10 shares
GA: 4 stock w/$5 minimum w/minimum 100 shares (hold on for 3 wks)
Make a purchase no later than October 18th
